No puedo descargar las facturas de devolución o "Credit Note". Antes si se podía, pero desde 2025 no se puedo y llevo tiempo tratando de contactar con el servicio de Aliinvoices sin respuesta.

He adquirido la licencia de facturación por 3 meses y la he podido utilizar únicamente el día que la contraté, luego he querido imprimir otras facturas y no es posible, en el fondo del formato de facturación aparece el siguiente mensaje: " DEMO " y por esta causa no puedo imprimir dichos documentos. He enviado correo a la dirección de correo suministrado por Alinvoice y no he obtenido respuesta al respecto. Me parece un vil engaño y falta de seriedad para quienes contratamos dicho servicio.

There are few things that work as badly as this extension. Contact with support is basically non-existent. I paid $20 for something that stopped working after a month. It is a shame that there is no alternative for this application.

Je cherche à générer un fichier PDF pour imprimer mes factures AliExpress, mais au lieu de cela, l’application me produit un fichier au format JSON, que je ne peux pas utiliser. J’ai suivi toutes les instructions, y compris le téléchargement de Google Chrome, mais rien ne fonctionne comme attendu. Cela devient très frustrant, et je me demande si une solution est possible. problem with date now as well.. dates are not updated... all my invoices printed with 1970 date!!! paid for life time, now I feel scammed... also bulk invoicing doesn't work... bought it to do that, and it doesn't do it properly... total is not correct... you can select specific items, etc.. may problems..

good tool, thanks! may be you can make tool, that can separate LOCK the language, currency, country. so when you located in one country you can easy work for another, same issue with currency and language. for example when you in UAE, it's always switch to EURO!!! and Arabic!!

The amount is always different for 1 or 2 orders so I need to manually change the price in each invoice. The developer did not answer anymore. I think they stop working on this extension.

Would have given it 5 stars but it doesn't calculate the invoice correctly. The total amount of the "invoice" and "paid amount" do NOT add up This could be due to "coins" discount not being calculated/added on the total amount of the invoice. But after checking older invoices it seems the TAX is not being calculated correctly either. The tax amount is either to much or not enough?! Which makes no sense to me. If the creators fix the issues it would a great extension. PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES :) Apart that little little issue its a good extension, simple to use, invoices are customizable (setup required before use which is just adding a few details) and look very professional. You can add and remove information before printing the invoice. Its designed for simple single invoice downloading. If you are looking for bulk invoicing like the previous guy don't use this one!

Great extension. Only one thing, make option to change the size of the font, or make it bigger. They are too small.

Their app ali invoice stopped working this year, although I paid full price for the lifetime plan and emailed them several times about their app not working, they don't care and don't even reply to my mails to fix their app. Avoid these scammers at all cost.

Bulk invoicing doesn't work. It also adds items from another period. I have a lifetime license, the old method worked perfectly. After upgrading to the new method, everything went wrong and you can't create an exact bulk invoice. It complicated my business!

Thanks for good chrome extension, but there is a problem in Korean currency display. If we paid 5,000 Won then this extension shows W 5.00 , which is confusing (it is meaning 5 Won or 500 Won ?) Please check for Korean won users. Thanks
