the best and only extension I could find to sorting playlist from A-Z. Scroll through some reviews, look like people prefer a clean, seamless extension, and I don't think that is possible. I feel perfectly comfortable using an extra UI on top of YouTube UI, and it works.

Doesn't let you save sorting p[references to the playlist being targeted, which means this extension does literally nothing at all whatsoever.

what ive been looking for i used to use playlist sorter for youtube this a great alternative but when sorting playlist videos A-Z it does not save the list as A-Z is there a way round this please

Removed because of the "Read and change all your data on all websites" the last review mentions. Also it has stopped working completely. Had to reinstall to leave this review but DO NOT USE.

it used to work but first stopped working in other playlists that werent the "watch later" one, and now it doesnt even work in "watch later" playlist either. so its not working at all. Plus it just asked me permission to "Read and Change all your data on all websites" which is kinda suspicious. i hope they fix it.

great extension it has been very helpful but it has one flaw when you add videos to the queue at times it messes with the order even though this shouldn't happen with neutral or default settings for example when im watching a video and i add another to the queue it will add it but not as next video it will add it as first and the one playing is second in the queue even when i drag it down to be next it doesn't want to it keeps correcting the list it will only work if i add the video a second time then it will be next in the queue < this means the video i wanted next is in the list twice once in front of the current video and once after the current video this issue causes other problems with the playing order but the most annoying problem is the one i just explained i still rate it 4 stars because i would give it 5 if this issue wasn't present although i almost wanted to give 3 stars because the only flaw it does have gives a big headache

What did you do with the extension? It updated today and after that it change completely, removing the only feature that made me use in the first place, which is the option to visualize the playlist duration according to a specific playback rate! Not to mention the whole pinky interface, which is ridiculous for those like me that use a dark theme. Why would you make these terrible changes?

it's good and i love it!! it would be awsome if there was the possibility to maybe create a new playlist with the new sorting or a button to confirm and save the sorting in the playlist. I use a lot yt on more devices and this solution works just when i'm on my pc , but great nontheless

This is great for my needs but has one glaring issue. If I sort by duration, and the video I'm watching has finished, it will load the wrong video as it has reset to index. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

The extension is great, but if you add a date range for sorting, it would be 10x great. For example, sorting playlist videos by views that were posted in 2024 only.

Exactly what I was looking for. I have a very long "watch later" playlist and find faster to watch it starting from the shortest videos. This addon lets me temporarily sort by duration and then put it back to to original sorting. (I'd love to have this on Firefox too 😉 )

For my purposes it didn't solve my problem. I wanted to search through a large youtube playlist. You need to manually scroll down to the end of the playlist so that you can use search on the whole playlist. At that point just use ctrl + f ! Then when you search it, it gets really laggy and gives false positives as I wanted to explicitly search for videos that had the string '240616' in them and idk but it gave me lots of videos that didn't even have any of the numbers in the title so not sure how it works. This was a huge 1800 videos playlist. The other functionality works but I don't need it.

I Love this tool just wish there was a sorting for the Date for the videos in the playlist so i can watch them from oldest to newest that is what i am really looking for

Overall wonderfull experince and really productive help me to track the youtube playlist progress, also adjusting that speed calculation feature is great.
