Update - I'm updating this review to reflect that the company did reach out and provided some more details regarding my issue. For now I'm giving 4 stars since everything was resolved, but it was a hassle to get things straightened out - I had to reach out to the resort to get an updated bill and reservation info (according to TheGuestBook the resort reported my original reservation as 'Cancelled' - which seems true since I received a different reservation # when requesting a copy of the bill from the resort - the resort never mentioned any changes to my reservation when I checked in nor when I checked out). After submitting the stay with the new bill/reservation, I received my credit. Had I not left this review, it's possible that I may have brushed this site of as a referral scam site (see old review) and moved on. I'm grateful that Grant and the Member Services team reached out to help resolve my issue though I'm not sure why they never received my original message that I submitted through their 'Contact Us' page. Old Review: Scammers. I went on a vacation to one of their partner resorts. Rather then award me my points, they marked my trip as "cancelled" and did not award me any points. Emailed support and never heard back. Avoid this app, extension, and company.

There were some bugs but now it works so good - absolutely can't get over how this exists

Amazing tool that everybody should download and use. It helps me find the best deals for a great selection of constantly growing Hotels. The Extension drives me to the hotel website directly since that is where the best deal is and I can finish my booking right there and then plus getting the great Cashback benefit as well!!

Was skeptical at first because promises of 'easy cash back' always seem too good to be true, but the Guestbook Extension lived up to the hype. It was super easy from start to finish, and the cash back on my hotel stay was like a nice little rebate for doing literally nothing extra. Gonna make sure the rest of my company uses this as we all book our own corporate travel on our personal cards, so now I can get paid for traveling for work!

finally, an app that allows me to see if the hotel offers a lower rate than these travel sites reselling rooms and i was not only able to book for less, but I got paypal deposit after completing my booking.

I'm very frugal when it comes to traveling...I always search for promo codes, discounts, or coupons to save money. With Gopher, I don't have to do any of that! This is perfect for hotel bargain hunters like myself.

Gopher reminds me of when Kayak came out - but better and easier. Tried it with Kayak, Booking.com, Travelocity, Expedia, etc to test it. This is legit! No matter what booking engine I use, Gopher saves big money and gives cash back. So, I booked a trip to Denver and got best price and cash back. Never booking a hotel without Gopher again!

This saves time & money - a great combo.
