It is extremely frustrating! This is the second year of my subscription. Persistent issues with the sales data it captures and the linked stores have been present since the very beginning. Currently, it keeps prompting me to link the store, even though I linked it right at the start. Today, I've encountered the problem of being unable to log in for the second time. Ridiculously, I seem to be caught in a vicious cycle: "Incorrect password. Please reset your password." - Okay, I reset the password. - "Incorrect password. Please reset your password."... Oh my goodness! How can I continue to use this service?

The Jungle Scout Chrome Extension has become my go-to tool for finding products to sell on Amazon. Honestly, it's a total game-changer for my business. Before I found it, product research was a massive headache. I'd spend hours manually scrolling through Amazon pages, trying to guess if a product was even worth selling. Now, with the extension, all that guesswork is gone. As soon as I search for a product, it gives me all the important info I need right there on the screen. It's awesome because I can see a product's potential at a glance, making my research way faster and a lot less frustrating.

I using this for this more than 4 months now but it very difficult to use no more accurate data even there is option to find a supplier on ali baba but they complete change now

The dashboard has not worked for us for months now. It should actually show the performance at article and account level. This worked well in the beginning, but for the last 3 months it has suddenly stopped working. Completely incorrect figures and incorrect data are displayed. We have contacted support several times, but unfortunately they are no help at all. We have had to send in the same sales report 3 times by e-mail, but nothing has ever changed. The support team simply doesn't care. There is also no ticket system. It feels like you have to explain your problem again every time. I can only advise anyone not to get this program. It is far too expensive for that.

ASINS doesn't give corrent product information on amazon page, and hows a completely different product. 5th month buying it, still couldn't find a single product for sale. Such as waste of money.

So far I'm not impressed. I'm not getting any kind of data as so sales volume or how many units sold. This has been like this for well over a month and JS does not seem to be doing much about it. I see from a previous review that this is a common problem. JS if you want me to stay a customer then get this problem fixed and fast!

its two days that monthly revenue and daily units sold are absent so how a seller can work in this situations, I contacted them they told in 48 hour we will solve this problem but now its more than 48 hours no response so please solve this problem as soon as possible please

Greedy company. I initially subscribed for a yearly membership and almost immediately ran into unforeseen financial difficulty. I called them and they flat out refused to refund the membership (even on a pro-rated basis) I would not recommend doing business with a company in which you are a number. They could really care less about you.

To be honest, I found multiple bugs in the Jungle Scout and after contacting them, they "tried" to address them, but could not do it successfully. Its calculator works bad and in many cases does not even work; monthly revenue data in many times is absent; monthly units sold does not work properly, and; the method of monthly revenue is absolutely ambigious. I asked them 5-6 times about how they caluclate the monthly revenue and they were like "we calculate it from BSR and thats it." yeah ok, but how you do it? and then they were the same. Additionally, there was a product that I was searching which had two (2) sellers, but on jungle scout extension, it was showing only one (1) which is weird. So I contacted them with the screenshot of the extension and in their reply, they sent me a screenshot of the extension which literally showed only one seller on the extension, but they wrote and said its two! This is ridiculous, this is to cover your mistakes and then keep telling lies until the lie becomes a theory itself!!! Finally, its expensive too, multiple other applications are cheap and efficient.

JUNGLE SCOUT is a great application. I advise people to give it a chance. For those of you that think this software is pricey, just remember... you have to spend money to make money. So invest in yourself and your future.

The cheapest is $350 a year. Not ideal if you are starting out. The information is useful but you have to be sure you will make that money back.

Utilizaba JS hace un tiempo y este año hemos vuelto a utilizar la herramienta. La verdad que es muy completa y me resulta muy útil para poder gestionar todas nuestras stores. Lamentablemente he visto que ahora va bastante lenta y se colapsa con facilidad. No recordaba que esto ocurriera antes. Agradecería que pudieran solucionarlo ya que resulta incómodo para trabajar con ello a diario.

It's very early days for me, but I'm trying it with amazon Canada, and so far, three or four different times the extension does not show sales data. Not just on the main page where 50 or 60 products are listed, but even when I select the Amazon's Choice product and open it. It does not show any graphs or historical data for that product. I picked top-selling top-brand products to ensure that the product isn't the problem. A Nike or Adidas shoe that has hundreds or thousands of reviews, and the extension shows me nothing, and instead shows the message "Oops! Nothing Found". I uninstalled and reinstalled the extension and nothing changed. I disabled some of the other extensions I have and still the problem persists.

I highly recommend this extension to new sellers and old sellers on Amazon. The tool tip Tuesday and Academy is pure gold!! Thank you, Jungle Scout!

I was really happy to use this tool at starting but now most of the times it gets stuck and says "opsss! nothing found" then I install this extention in new user and it works properly. And the moment when I install other extentions in that user like Internet download manger (the nesseccory) then it goes stuck same like before. :( it makes me really sad and disturbing.

I've been using Jungle Scout for years, and I truly don't know how anyone sells on Amazon without it. I started with the extension, and have added in the other tools as they have been added. My favorites are Keyword Scout and the Supplier Database, and product tracker....actually, not sure I can pick a favorite. The tool is just indispensable!

IDK how I functioned as an Amazon seller before Jungle Scout. This extension is so easy to use and all of the information pops up automatically, I literally do nothing. Can't recommend enough.
