It seems to be the usual iron control maintained by the CCC not allowing true AI to function. That is, no AI ability to vary from total political control by the communist government.

its a great ai, since its memory is so large(128k token) that i can even teach it instructions and needed rules for it in one chat and it can even outperform my job, like working with it very easy but if only i could get more memory tokens for free :)
