Just used Arcade to create my first demo and was surprised at how intuitive the whole process was. Hit record, went through my workflow, and it automatically captured everything - clicks, scrolls, the works. Adding tooltips and guidance was straightforward too.

I am not a user for this Application, but I am here just to write about their amazing Product Service. I am very impressed by it.

There's nothing more to say. It's mind blowing!

I've been an Arcade user for quite some time now, and I'm always really impressed by the velocity of new features. The latest AI launch has made it insanely easy to churn out high-quality click tours of the product. It probably took me an hour and a half (maybe longer?) to create a tour in the past, but with this new feature release, it's shaved that down to 30-45 minutes from start to finish including screen recording.

I absolutely love using Arcade. I use it in numerous ways. It is excellent for offering remote support in real-time! It's like having an "eye in the sky" whenever and wherever you need it.

This is a great product with many applications. I've been building demos my entire career, and Arcade is game changer. Interactive demos are now the best way to engage with potential buyers. Today's users are not satisfied with a slick video or a pre-recorded demo - they want active participation! Trials are expensive and difficult to manage - use Arcades instead to give buyers a 'taste' of your product leaving them wanting to find out more.

I’ve been looking for a better way to create product demos. I’ve used Loom for a while and it’s been great, but I really wanted a tool that lets me: Zoom in on key parts of the screen Add interactive comments to highlight features of my own browser automation tool, Axiom.ai I’m currently rebuilding our website and reworking our demos using Arcade. So far, it’s exactly what I was hoping for — genuinely excited about this tool. If things keep going well, we’ll be using it for both demos and customer support.

Arcade saves me so much time and stress creating product demos, feature highlights, and really anything to help promote and market my business. Their AI tools also remove the need to manually edit new Arcades - absolutely phenomenal work!! ✨

It literally takes me two minutes to go from "do you get this" to "you've got this" with Arcade - I love that I don't have to record my screen 100x and try to stitch it all together myself. Nice job team, couldn't imagine doing my PMM work without Arcade now!

I don't describe very many tools I use at work as "fun" but Arcade is fun! I use it for making product demos, marketing videos with product walk-through components, and even for getting feedback on not-yet-released features. The team ships new features quickly and they take a thoughtful approach. I'm a fan!

Incredible tool, even better people and support. I've now created well over 100 Arcades for Clay.com to help support claybook templates and our ClayU educational content. It's easy to use, doesn't require any technical skills, and feels more like a creative tool than a traditional guided demo software. In fact, I don't think we've ever even used Arcade for a traditional guided demo on a service or produce page; we're using it to support educational content, long-form blog posts, and the like. Highly recommend.

Arcade is a fantastic tool that has allowed us to create engaging customer demos and learning content. It's easy to use and has been instrumental in helping us create content quickly.

This is a go to for us as we work with global customers. It has been invaluable to be able to create content localized automatically into 10 languages that we can update on the fly.

Great tool!

Great tool with a simple UX/UI. Lots of expansive features that allow you to create great demos. Only issue I have is that it crashes often once you reach 15+ clicks or need to pause/cancel the recording resulting in having to uninstall the app each time.

Arcade is a fabulous tool. I'm going to use it all the time from now on.

A fantastic tool for your product! I've spent some time exploring how other companies leverage it. Now, I'm in the process of creating my recordings. It's remarkably intuitive and seamlessly embeddable into your help desk.

Very intuitive UX and easy for anyone to pick up. The functionality is expansive and it takes very little time to go from a screen recording to a production-level video. We've embedded it already in our onboarding flows within our product and will be using this in our Docs too.

Arcade has been incredibly useful for me so far. I've been using it to build our customer support resources both to send in responses and to host in our help centre. We support in many languages and often help non native speakers and having a perfectly clear visual guide has really helped. Also, it looks cool! We're also starting to experiment with it as a tool for Customer Success and Sales

Tried to record a simple product tour and it doesn't work at all. First gave me an error message after it finished doing the upload pictures/videos. Then it shows up in my account in Arcade but does not work at all.

I used this heavily making assets for AngelList; super easy and intuitive.

Awesome tool. Would highly recommend if you use product videos or GIFs!
