Wipes out SAFE history indiscriminately. It's gone forever, since there is no confirmation screen before it does it's thing. The developer has known this forever and he's not updated it in over a year! Proceed with caution!

У меня нет дислексии и я не знаю что это, но посмотрев приложение мне очень понравилось. Очень полезно всем и цвет фона менять, для уставших глаз, линейка дислексии когда читаешь весь день статьи, также размер шрифта, интервалов. Вообще супер полезное приложение для всех.

WARNING! back up your history if you want to give it a try. This extension is the equivalent of using Dynamite to go fishing. Great concept just poorly executed. Should at minimum show you what it is going to delete and ask you to confirm. Ideally you would also be able to select categories or specific groups of URLs before or after it does a search. I found that it seems to indiscriminately delete many things that are not necessarily NSFW (i.e. Gmail, Steam, Reddit & eBay history)

The text to speech is good but doesn't seem to work for Libby eBooks.I don't see why speach to text is a premium feature when you can get it for free from an open source app like Futo, that's privacy respecting.I couldn't adjust the speed to 50% it was either 40 or 60% which is odd (but I do appreciate slower speeds which are helpful for listening in other languages,slow brain processing etc...) I couldn't customize the list of features I want to easily access them when clicking the extension.Had to reload pages a couple of times when getting an error and eventually it did TTS.Initially the voice I selected didnt save,but selecting it again worked.Also,it works on Linux unlike other TTS that require Windows voices and so far no need to pay for extra voices.

The website promotion does not match the actual situation. The permission request is too broad and there are potential risks. The plugin is too large and may contain unnecessary functions.

AMAZING app. I am a researcher and writer with learning and information processing challenges. The Helperbird app is like 50 accessibility and productivity apps in one. It has absolutely transformed my research process and experience to make it so much easier. No switching between multiple extensions. I love having tools like text to speech, reading ruler, and immersive reader right alongside the highlighter, online sticky notes, OCR, IA, and even the ability to edit a live webpage and then export all of it. And the incredible personal customer service proves that they truly do this from a place of love and service to help others.

Fun and dumb. Brings me some joy.

This extension is a one-stop-shop for so many features that I have previously used in other extensions and built-in accessibility features. My son and I both rely heavily on accessible technology to do our best work and Helperbird has proven to be easy to learn/use and easily applied to a variety of materials. The owner/developer is super responsive and open to feedback - a major asset to any company that wants to truly support individuals with diverse learning and accessibility needs.

This is a game changer for me. As someone with autism and ADHD this extension is life saver for me with school. I just found Helperbird and it's amazing!. The immersive reader and sticky notes are super helpful for my studies. It's been a great help for my accessibility and study needs. Definitely recommend trying it out!

This is a complete game changer! I was introduced to this amazing app by a classmate. I have since become a fan and it has made my life so much easier! The immersive reader is my fav because there is so much content review in grad school and this allows me to read assignments quicker! I now have the pro option which allows me to take advantage of other features with the app such as text to speech, dictionary, and even the summary option! It's all about working smarter and not harder! I highly recommend this app! There are soo many great features for different learning styles.
