Great recording and webcam but the upload is always stuck at 0% Can anyone help me?

I am an elderly man and not very tech-savvy, so I initially felt intimidated by the platform. However, the ROCK STAR support team made it easy for me. Aileen, Yna, and Reena were especially helpful. The instructors in the daily training sessions are also fantastic. This platform is an excellent tool for communicating your product or service and practically sells it for you. I highly recommend Dubb, as it will have a significant impact on expanding my business. Oh, and I must mention that the customer service is excellent too!

Nice tool. However, currently, it does not record the sound from a browser session or meeting such as Zoom or GMeet. You only hear yourself. You need a diffent tool for that.

I have been using Dubb for over a year, and while I need to use it more, even the little I have been able to integrate into my business has resulted in tremendous response. If you're not using video in your business, you need to. The ability to build trust through transparent and vulnerable communication like video, is unmatched by text based communication. I would argue that video can have a better impact than face to face in some applications. Face to face (or voice to voice) requires the other party to also open up (hence the sharp decline in answer rates these days) whereas video allows YOU to be the first one to open up and be vulnerable by putting yourself on camera. Dubb is a platform that has a few big competitors, but Dubb's platform is so far superior to others that it isn't even a comparison really. Not to mention their incredible customer service and support with on-going trainings available...incredible. I would recommend Dubb for...literally any person in any industry, if your job involves communicating with anyone at all.

Dubb has added tons of new features over the last year or so and every week it gets better. Dubb has incorporated A.I. into a few features that help tremendously. The cool thing is the video is inserted into the email and not attached. It is an awesome program and I recommend it highly.

I've been using Dubb.com for a week and love it. 1) It's robust, yet easy to use. 2) The team provides daily live support calls and has 10 minute support SLAs. 3) It's getting results. With email marketing, I send 100 and pray. With Dubb, I'm getting about a 20% "hit/open" rate and I'm still learning, tweaking, and refining my messaging and marketing .

Dubb is my secret weapon! When I can't be in person, and I need to deliver an important message, I Dubb it! Every time I do, my recipient loves it. I personalize the videos by saying the person's name. They love that! Currently I have 308 videos and 6,792 views. I use this platform to send to individuals or groups. My messages range from Happy Birthday, Welcome to EXIT Realty or monthly messages to groups to keep them informed. Communication is key- especially in today's environment. I know I can send an email or text or instant message, but if I want to deliver an experience, I use Dubb!

Easy to use and constantly evolving product. Very Happy so far

Useful and friendly tool, multiple updates since I signed on over a year ago and the platform keeps improving. Customer service is outstanding. I use it as a video platform not as a CRM, thus five stars when a more robust video editing option is included. You can trim videos, that's about it. We don't want to recreate final cut pro, we simply want more rudimentary cut/splice/sound editing options. It is now a vital tool for my business and I'm always finding new ways to use it. My associates feel the same and Dubb is perfect for the virtual environment in which we currently live.

This is a great tool to enhance the app. I was with another platform for 7 years and switched to Dubb. The ongoing training, support, and customer service is phenomenal! Dubb is THE BEST video platform out there! My favorite part about it is the easy calls to action. I am a lender and when my Realtor partners send out offers, I follow up with a dubb "prequal video" that has calls to action to take them to my reviews. I also love the ability to add things into playlists so if people have a question I can start with an intro and then just add the video I want them to watch. Dubb has revolutionized how I communicate with clients.

Just came across this app recently and love the possibilities it offers. Very user friendly and I am excited to see how many ways I can incorporate this into my business.

The UX on the extension and web app makes it very easy to lose data. A double confirmation on deleting a recording is logical and commonplace today. It is extremely frustrating to lose a video ( in my case 30 minutes of one ) by accidentally clicking the wrong icon when finished.

Previously tried Loom and demo'd a few other video email platforms. Found Dubb and no looking back. Their ever growing features and support are great. I've gotten to know a lot of the folks here with my support, training and billing questions and they are nothing but GREAT! They offer daily trainings online + a huge video training library. If you want additional training they have great partners who can help you with anything you want to accomplish. People love my videos far more than my emails!
