this extension keeps on crashing my computer do not download

After the pandemic ended and we went back to in person teaching, I was not using it very much because my other team members did not have subscriptions and the school wasn't paying for one. Since I was paying out of pocket, I decided to cancel my subscription. 3 months later and multiple requests for cancellation sent to their support email, I have never received a response back and they continue to renew the subscription and bill me. You cannot just delete your account, you have to email them and request to have your subscription cancelled. Do not do business with this company. I liked the product but their business practices are unethical. Also, my paid InsertLearning account is not this account. My school account apparently blocks the ability to review extensions.

not working well for dark mode websites . hilghlighted content is not visible in dark mode.

There is a terriable bug.When you edit an annotation/question/discuss on a webpage.when you go to an other webpage,the same annotation/question/discuss will come out when you wanna edit.But when you go to the webpage you have already edit an annotation/question/discuss,it just won;t come out automaticly.

Nice features but REQUIRES Microsoft or Google account to register. This is not okay. Individual, personal email accounts as a valid registration method is needed. Too bad, nice features ...

Great extension for making reading more interactive for students.

Easy-to-use engagement tool that helps save time and paper. I love being able to see all of my students answers in front of me! This helps immensely when figuring out which students may need extra help.

Great for in class use of online text books!

Love how this helps students and teachers in my district dive deeper into online text. From a tech coach side, I love sharing about it with all my teachers!

So I downloaded it aaand I thought it was like ad block....turns out it blocks basically everthing.

I love Insert Learning. No other tool does all that it does. It lets me embed quizzing tools and videos, animations, anything that has an embed code into one doc at strategic places in the text. I also value the recording tool so I can read aloud to my students, give them instructions in my voice and they can reply with a recording of their voice. The Google Classroom integration works seamlessly. I could even go on describing more features like the fabulous back end grading experience. Use it for Grade 1 - Retirement, it has an application for any group of people learning or working together. Also has a very affordable full version subscription cost.

I'm still experimenting with the free version, but I was thrilled to hear about this at the Educational Technology conference I went to this fall! I've been wanting a less archaic way to allow my students to annotate on a website than always having to convert it (and in poor style) to a google doc, and this looks like it will be the answer! I also like that once the 5 free articles run out, it's only $40 annually to use the service. Even on a teacher budget, this seems well worth it! On top of that, I know I've only just scratched the surface of how I can use this in my classroom. Nice work, Insert Learning!

I love this tool, you can use topical and current information as well as your own documents or shared data and set up a lesson in minutes.

I think InsertLearning is a great tool for teachers, particularly EFL teachers at all levels. I am using it in my Poppies Courses and I encourage those teachers who are preparing for the exam to use it in their unit plans

So far, I am loving this extension. I plan to use it for teacher PD.

I discovered Insert Learning this year. I love how easily it integrates with Google Classroom. Setting up classes and assigning lessons are done in a snap. IL has helped my students to transfer reading skills taught in the classroom to digital reading online. Most importantly, I love how I am able to focus on supporting my struggling readers by inserting questions (brain checks) to help them to better comprehend. The grading is completed in a snap, which is so important when providing immediate feedback. I have a feeling that I have just begun to tap into its real potential.

Awesome extension! A real game changer for the classroom. It works magic on any webpage. It helps students with the meta tasks of reading, it is a great tool to use for PD especially with busy teachers and it is extremely user friendly with a companion Youtube channel that has everything you need or didn't know you needed to know.

After seeing this live at the Edtech Summit I was stoked, but for some reason it's not working on my chrome browser. Could it be because my gmail account is part of a school organisation?

I love this extension. My only issue is that from a trainers perspective I can't have a teacher sign up in my demo class because when you select teacher you can't join classes. Also, if a student chooses teacher there doesn't seem to be a way for them to switch to student. I even tried deleting the extension and reloading, but it picked back up to where I left off. Please make it available to have people switch from teacher to student and to allow teachers to join other classes. Thank you.

This is more than an extension. Extensions usually only do one small thing. This is actually a complete lesson tool that lets you turn any webapge into a complete lesson. So amazing.
