the option to cancel the plan does not exist and when you send them an email or a chat, they tell you that they have already canceled your account but it is still open and they keep charging you.

This is by far the most useful email platform for sales that I have found. It works very well with Pipedrive and the Cadence feature (drip email strategy) improves your productivity and sales by a big margin.
I highly recommend Klenty and would be happy to share my experince with anyone thinking of buying.
