Overall, it is a good app that has been helping a lot in terms of dialing through a laptop, but definitely it can improve by bringing some dialer which can be a desktop application. The UX and UI are a little tough when we have to dial through a Chrome extension. Having a desktop app will solve a lot

This could (and hopefully will) be a 5-star review but I'm just working through a few bugs with the developers. It works, it's great, it's just a bit glitchy at this point. If they get the glitches fixed I'll be back to give it a 5 for sure.

One of the best extensions I found for exporting WA-chats in terms of formatting (L&R in denser spacing), background (light mode with legible text), etc.. Exporting larger chats, including graphic elements, was also possible....without any upgrade. In addition, although I have not tried this feature, contacts can also be exported. Recommended!

It does require a purchase, but is reasonably priced. I had some issues where if I checked the box to include unresolved media, it would get hung up on certain chats and not finish. It also seems to repeat media across the zip files (images from one chat going into another chat's file), which makes the downloads take up extra space. The developers were very helpful and got on a call when I had issues.

Worked great for the free trial. But it didn't say it's a $5 per month subscription after a first couple chat exports. Should have said it in the main page itself.
