This has been by far the easiest scheduling app to set up and use. And with clients in different time zones, I appreciate how simple it is to ensure that my clients are scheduling in their own time zone but according to my availability in mine.

This is my first time using Koalendar and all I can say is it is AMAZING! I love how easy it was since the very beginning.

Plutôt pas mal comme extension Chrome. L'environnement est intuitif et assez simple de compréhension (dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une version en Français. Point très négatif, de nombreux bugs d'affichage ou de validation d'actions, aussi bien avec l'extension que sur la plateforme en ligne (ex de bug très récurant > "Erreur d'application inattendue ! Échec de l'exécution de « removeChild » sur « Node » : le nœud à supprimer n'est pas un enfant de ce nœud".) Ces disfonctionnements sont une difficulté qui font que la version gratuite est acceptable, mais me font tester d'autres applications concourantes.

Bills itself as the "best alternative to Doodle" (https://koalendar.com/doodle-alternative) but doesn't actually let you schedule group events like Doodle. So misleading

I love how easy it is to create as many booking pages, accept payment via Stripe integration for bookings, approve bookings, check for conflicts, two-way sync as many calendars as needed, redirect, Remind, etc. etc.! Love this platform.

Ottima e semplice

I liked this extension.. But.. there is either link or iframe option.. You cannot embed iframe in gmail..So there is no way to show the slots on gmail

I love that Koaldar is simple and not overloaded with fussy features, but does everything i need it to do. Clean and easy to use. Perfect.

Tolles Tool! Hat bei mir vollständig Calendly ersetzt. Für die DSGVO leichter zu Begründen als Calendly, da Koalendar in Frankreich sitzt :) Schon ein paar Termine damit organisiert. Erstellung von Events ist super einfach und geht schnell. --- Great tool! Completely replaced Calendly for me. Easier to justify for GDPR than Calendly as Koalendar is based in France :) Already organized a few appointments with it. Creating events is super easy and fast.

I'm a fairly new Koalendar user but I LOVE it! I found it while searching for a free way to schedule meetings that integrate with GSuite as my business is new. I used the free version for a week or so and it was amazing, and I decided to upgrade for the paid features. It's so easy to use!

Highly recommended. Koalander has saved me so much time going back and forth to book meetings. Simply send a link and the recipient can book during your set availability without hassle. My clients love it, and some have already adopted the habit of checking my booking page automatically instead of trying to schedule via email. Furthermore, the app is really well supported by the developer (Victor) and you can communicate any issues or questions you may have with him directly. And he is very responsive.

So much better than back and forth with clients, and makes it easy to restrict bookings to times that work for you. Calendar integration is excellent.

This app is just WOW. I tried different scheduling apps but Koalendar is an absolute winner! It has literally everything a small business owner needs. Other's paid versions can't match the free version nor paid pro version either. Will upgrade as soon as possible, I'm done looking for booking apps!

Got an email that my existing software was bought out and is merging with another. I needed a new one that allows me to keep my "assistant". I have eliminated so many unnecessary conversations about booking time. Just send the link and I am good to go.

This is great. It streamlines my process and keeps the fewest amount of apps I use for my business. I really like the fact that it will all be within my Google Workspace.
