Muito bom Salvou a minha vida
One of my favorite features of GQueues, perfect complement to awesome GCal integration.

task integration is not really, free as in free trail wasn't clear
Good extension but does not render correctly in new GMail. Button is misaligned.
Elegant Simple and Sleek app. I use this for Large Projects / Goals as a Step by Step action plan ( still use phone reminders for minutia. ) Best app Ive ever found in design and execution. Good Job.
Gqueues has ALWAYS had great G-Cal integration, but this is a decided step up. Two-way, live updates, and the ability to make a task "done" from the Calendar. Absolutely first class, well done.
Insanely useful, as is Gqueues itself.
I've been using Gqueues for almost 8 years now, and I think it's easily the most useful task manager on the market. I use the 7 Habits and GTD systems to organize my life, and Gqueues implements both superbly. The integration with Google is deep and solid, but it's also relatively exclusive. For example, if you want to upload an attachment, you MUST use Google Drive / Docs products. The email integration ONLY works for Gmail, and the Calendar & browser extensions are ONLY for Google Calendar and Chrome. That's the only reason I gave Gqueues four instead of five stars here, because this is my personal account. I rated Gqueues 5-stars on my business site, which is 100% Google Apps ecosystem. If you're deeply embedded into Google and want the best task manager on the market, you can't do better than Gqueues.
Indispensable for managing my queues. Can't wait for the Google Inbox extension!
Love this extension. Helpful tool to maintain my GQueues to-do lists in Googel Calendar.
Great feature that integrates GQueues with Google Calendar. Keeps me very organized!
This is a fantastic update/extension. It's awesome to be able to mark things as complete right from within GCal, the same way native GCal Reminders work. Only thing I miss from the old "gadget" was the sidebar list next to the calendar, but this is still a VAST overall improvement!
Cameron is always making GQueues better. He is very responsive to questions.
Excellent work, as usual from this team. Continual improvement!!!
love it, still on free trial period but happy to for full version.
Nice GQueues companion extension. Creates tasks on-the-fly.
bardzo dobra aplikacja
Installed on Windows 10 machine. Does not work. Author sent a fix after several days. Was unexpected and welcomed as it fixed the issue!
Excellent for getting things out of your head into a trusted system. Good for GTD. You can customize the task lists and smart queues to fit your workflow.
Only works with one Gmail account. If you have more than one Gmail account, you can't use the Create Task button or it throws an error. Thought this was fixed, but it's not.
Very useful tasks app, especially for GTD´and your project management.
Pros - It makes good use of desktop real estate when I clip my Chrome browser to one side of the screen. I can still see my tasks. - GQueues also offers two-way sync with Google Calendar which is something that I think is a bit unique with GQueues because other task outliners which are more popular (e.g., MyLifeOrganized, Todoist and Toodledo, etc.) have failed to do this. - GQueues is also available for Apple and Android products and, in my experience, has worked efficiently and well. - The add-on for Chrome browser works great, allowing me to add tasks quickly. Cons My biggest problem with this web app is the fact that it seems to settle for being good instead of being great. The two-way sync with Google Calendar is what brought me to it and GQueues is way better than using Google Tasks but development is slow. There are features that aught to have been there a few years ago that most basic task list managers have but GQueues is yet to implement. For example, the user is not able to select multiple tasks which can make moving multiple tasks from one queue to another easy. You have to move each one individually. Entering tasks is awkward, at best. You have to hit the 'Add task' button to enter a task initially but then you can use the tab key to enter the second one. However, watch out! If you miss that tab key, you've lost your opportunity to add a task using the keyboard. You must then use the 'Add task' button again. To me, this seems to suggest that the developer is having a hard time implementing something that would make this action much less effortless. Summary Although I'm not using GQueues right now due to the Cons listed above, I still recommend it if you're looking for a decent task outliner system that is better than Google Tasks. The fact that it two-way syncs with Google Calendar is what adds real power to the program. However, my general consensus, when it comes to web apps is that they generally suck. The just don't have the power that installable software can bring.
Great product
Love it. Have been using for about 3 years.
Nice! Отличное приложение!
I have been reasonably happy with gqueues because it allows me to assign tasks to my EA and because of the gadget, but now the gmail gadget seems to go away and when I reinstall it, it allows me to create a task but when I save the task, it just spins and does not save the task. Any help?
I would love it if it worked. I've used this for years and really liked it because it makes it quick and easy to create a task out of an email message. It has a great sorting and segmenting tool that lets the user organize tasks by project, by date due, and by tags, and it also allows creation of smart lists for fast retrieval based on variety of useful criteria. I love the fact that the created task can be linked to the email it's related to or the task can contain the text of that email in it's "Notes" section. HOWEVER, over the past couple of months, I've had to continually uninstall the extension and then reinstall it in order to get it to show up in my Gmail account. Sometimes I just have to disable and then enable it again. I should not need to do that; it should be available each time I use Gmail once it's installed. I suspect there's been a coding change change in a recent version of Chrome, and that's where the problem is. Whatever it is, though, it needs to be fixed NOW>
So flexible. So easy to use. So well-integrated to Google calendar and any email. Can't say enough positive about it!
Does not install on Windows 10. Create a Task box appears in Gmail but nothing happens when clicking it. But installed perfectly on my old Windows 7 laptop. But that's not the laptop I need to use. Therefore app and extension are useless. Would give it zero star.
Still remains the simplest and most effective task management software I've ever used. The phone app could be a little slicker, but easy to over look given how well it integrates with Chrome and Gmail.
love this app....
GQueues without Chrome extensions is a fantastic productivity tool. very well worth $25/yr. Add this Gmail extension and create ToDos which can include the text of an email or a link to it.
Agrega tareas vinculadas a un email o webpage, simplemente con un botón y opcionalmente con una mas detallada configuración avanzada. Y funciona perfecto!
It isn't free after all :(.
It only works when you open an email in a widow, but it works well for your own tasks. If you try to assign the task to a co-worker they often can't see the email or attachments.
Bisher sehr zuverlässig, gut kompatibel mit Calendar und GMail
Now requiring subscription; can't endorse it
JUNK Annual renewal, free version or should I say demo is very crippled, It will never integrate with Google task, the premium version only allows a one time import of Google tasks so you are able to get your whole database in it, but forcing and delegating other folks will have to purchase into the this yearly annual subscription to collaborate with each other. Much better options out there that are completely free use your brain and do a good search using the key works Task or look for Gnotes is another shared option and it's completely free and syncs with android w/reminders etc. Justin Cram DyingJedi
GQueues for Gmail is great! It's an affordable way to keep everyone in my company on the same page. I can turn an email into a task, add the task to a project, calendar it, and best of all,I can efficiently collaborate with my coworkers. This is replacing the old system of physically handing someone a handwritten, "While You Were Out" crammed with information. I highly recommend GQueues for Gmail. The subsequent increases in productivity (and reductions in, "But I TOLD you ..." office meetings) make GQueues worth ten times the price.
create a task with a click, includes the email so you don't even need to type what the task is gonna be or have it there as a resource for the task... AWESOME!
É vírus @.@
Best task manager if you want to keep things integrated with google calendar. Email extension is handy too.
Integration in den Webclient auf dem PC top! Leider nicht in der Android App ..
Sehr flexibler Taskmanager. Sehr gute Integration in Google for Works.
Outstanding! Finally, recurring tasks! Integration works so well with Google Calender. Lots of other useful productivity benefits - they didn't leave out anything. Completely intuitive. I've tried ALL the other productivity apps and abandoned them. GQueues looks right and works right.
Best task list ever. Someday this will rule the world
Totální integrace s Google kalendářem, subtasky, přiložené soubory k úkolům, kontext, týdenní výhled atd.
outstanding - yet again... I love GQueues. Can we have a tick box to put to top or bottom of the Queue though. Sometimes I have to go into the queue and move it to the top (my default is to the bottom) - I could use another queue for urgents though
Very handy tool for one of my must-have apps. Use it all the time, as I spend a lot of time within Chrome.
Another great addition. Keeps GQueues position secure as head of the pack. Excellent follow-on to earlier announcement of becoming a Google for Work Premier Partner.
