Doesn't make sense to use it because it doesn't export amount of followers users have. That was the only reason I wanted to use the extension and now it's useless

Not usable anymore. Allows for exporting only the last 100 likes, what does not make sense. If there is no solution, there is no point in subscribing for their service.

Doesn't work. All it returned for me is a blank screen, tried the usual tricks to get it work work like closing chrome, restarting the computer even, but all I ever got was a blank screen, no download.

You can download only less than 100 in case for free. Paid plan can download less than 10,000. And the plan charge you $12.95 per month. The publisher should have told this before users try this.(worst point is people even have to Google log-in just try this, which means they have to share Google profile with the publisher.)

Only export 100 comments for free. I'm not going to pay for this. I neither log in my account to any third party company.

This app has worked great for me in the past, but right now I can't get anything to come up after I paste the link & click export comments to CSV. The wheel spins & then nothing happens. Can someone please look at this? I am signed in with an active subscription & everything.

Worked very well. Required me to sign in with my google account. Only exported 100 comments for free. Wants a lot of money to export all of the comments. -2 stars

A simple script should do all the jobs, deeply doubt the reason why users must link Google account and extract at most 100 comments.

The extension is fine. It's one of few apps that can scrape Instagram comments for you. But what it doesn't tell you is: 1) you must upgrade to download more than 100 comments. 2) you must link your Google account. No clue why since it's just a simple app, but likely they're collecting data on you. 3) you must share data with/use their website webooster so who knows what other data collection they're doing there.
