It is just red there is NO background AND I HATE red I was looking for a background for my nephew so I give it 1 star do not get this background it is not worth it!

You went so far past "Not Just [being] a Background" that you didn't include a background at all! Only minor points off for that, though, because the theme by itself is colorful without being overly distracting. Plus, the inactive tab text helps with privacy.
