The profile optimizer tool is excellent and the results show, I couldnt be more satisfied with it and Sean has always been a great help guiding me to use the platform for to make the most out of it. I like the proposal tool as well but don't always agree with the results, regardless it has taught me much about proposal building in general which is a big plus.

Templates are not as good as i thought, the question type proposal is fine, but other than that its all generic, and misses a lot of the client job description that needs to be addressed and answered in the generated proposal, it's pretty expensive for what it provide.

it's great but extension has a lot of bugs, everytime I reopen chrome it logs out and the only way to login again is delete and reinstall extension. What to say, it's useful in many different ways. My favorite part is the different pre-set proposal templates. It really accounts for the different types of responses you'd give to a client! Sometimes, based on their request, you want to tell them your exact approach. Sometimes, their job description is not detailed enough so you want to pose more questions to get more clarity. It helps save a lot of time, and eliminates the need for you to repeat the same information that is already on your profile. It is very good at highlighting what in your profile is RELEVANT to the job. And you can always customize your templates. It's a great tool and has definitely helped me secure clients! Other than that, the free online courses are very useful! I recommend my friends start with Pouncer AI courses BEFORE getting started on Upwork. Sean is extremely helpful, and has amazing advice, tips, and tricks to follow. Overall the tool is very helpful, and eliminates the need to open another page to generate responses for clients.

Honestly, this tool makes submitting proposals on Upwork so much better, it's such a game-changer for me! Literally the first time I tried it, I got a job from using it, and I was sold. PouncerAI is the closest thing to automating proposal writing you can get on Upwork while still maintaining good-quality proposals. I love using the templates, I already had several of them for Proposal submission. What I think makes it especially valuable is the ability to customize the content so that what I create does not come across as an AI-generated proposal document, but instead is written in my own voice. Additionally, the founder is very much involved with a community that is really superb and is very quick to help if you have questions, provides free courses, learning sessions, and project-finding tools. These all add immense value. Regarding criticisms, one 1-star review in particular that I wanted to call out due to how it is particularly unfair and misleading. For starters, comparing it to Grammarly is just ridiculous and ignores all of the specialized features custom tailored for Upwork professionals. That claim is hard to take seriously, but what I found most troubling was the baseless accusation of stealing passwords, especially given the tool doesn’t even have a login system. Criticisms like these undermine its credibility without justification. I do not normally make it a point to throw shade on somebody's opinion.
