Many glitches. If you make money from email then BE CAREFUL using their automated follow ups because it will keep sending regardless of replies and make you look like an absolute fool. The free trial is NOT free, has cost me at least $5,000 in lost business.

Had great features to see exactly where the server of the person who clicked on it was located. It was a bit annoying to have a button on the side coming up to add every email it comes across; also I totally thought this was always free but it was a trial.

I think it has awesome potential but I've found glitches in the reminders and the tracking feature isn't all that accurate.

Tout is the industry standard in PR outreach, for good reason. It is highly intuitive with massive and nuanced functionality--a rare combo. There is really nothing that I would want it to be able to do that it doesn't already do. Tout is just about the only service I subscribe to that I can say that about.

is great within gmail. really effing good in fact. however, there needs to be configurable options to disable it from scanning every page you visit, and adding overhead to not only the pageload + performance, but also to allow for removing the for the visual eye-sores on each and every link on the page, and that stupid bubble on the right.

I've been using Tout for a year and it's extremely useful. I'm obsessed with the Live Feed feature! Plus, the customer service is on-point. Excellent app!

Tout is awesome! Now that I have ToutApp I can't imagine email without it. My company had Outlook and switched to Gmail; I prefer Tout on Gmail. If you're in sales you need Tout, it will change your work-life.

You can never have too much data when tracking potential sales. This is a great app for that.

It works incredibly effectively and integrates well with gmail/google apps - I use for email tracking and scheduling but the CRM functionality looks great.

Definitely an amazing toolset. Seamless tracking of emails, amazing template system, and great contact management. Works well with google mail and google apps for business. The support is wonderful as well. My only suggestions would be to add better reporting features, and lower monthly cost for premium subscriptions.

I love Tout for managing my email communication with my professional network. I am able to keep colleagues updated on my progress and monitor their individual level of interest in my work (as measured by their click-through and response rates). You really must add this to your tool box.

Tout is an incredible app that truly increases efficiency and makes life on email simple. If you are any professional, your email account must have tout. Now that I am "sold", can't imagine going by without it. So happy I found this app! (ps. found it on the mashable article.) Suggestion: Not sure how relevant tracking is to the general business crowd...for sales yes, but beyond that I wouldn't heavily market the extra feature.

Love this app in Outlook, Gmail, and on my Galaxy Nexus!

I was a very early user of ToutApp and just re-signed up for a new position. So happy to learn some of the earlier hiccups have been resolved and the whole experience feels easier and faster. If you're in Marketing, Sales, PR, Biz Dev or any other position where you find yourself constantly cutting and pasting old emails and hoping you've made all the updates before pushing send, ToutApp will be your best friend.

I would've given this extension 5 stars but there's one deal killer for me. I absolutely need my Google Attachments To Drive extension and when I install Tout, I lose the ability to save my attachments to drive. When I get rid of the Tout extension, it comes back. If you guys could work it out, I'd come back as this could be a real time saver for me. Thanks.

HELP!!! Is there any way to prevent Tout from logging me out every time I close Gmail? I can't use it if I have to spend time logging in every time I go to Gmail.

I've been using ToutApp since last year and it's now even more diesel now that it's synced with Gmail. Just keeps getting more awesome!

Tout is awesome. If you send sales-type emails out in any amount of volume, this will save you tons of time. Not to mention the increased conversion rates you'll see as a result of a/b testing different email templates.

Tout is one of those apps you always wished existed but that never did. If you work in Sales, Marketing or PR you will wonder what you did without it.

This is a really useful application. It gives you a lot of visibility into the responses to the emails you are sending.

I'd never found a personal e-mail tracking tool before until I found Toutapp. Very slick, well thought out integration with Gmail. Hugely powerful!

It saved me a lot of time tracking who read and responded to my email in order to tune my email scripts.

I really do love the Tout App. Being able to tell that someone has definitely seen my message is a great advantage for me. In the interest of full disclosure though, I have to say that the app does not work 100% of the time. When it fails, I usually give up after one or two tries and send it the old-fashioned way. Not a huge deal, it would just be nice it it worked 100%.

Tout is awesome, it's saved me incredible amounts of time sending emails, tracking responses, making templates, etc. I've been a big Tout user since the beginning and am very impressed by the progress - Tout's become an essential part of my daily routine. The extension is super powerful and new features keep getting added... I LOVE the tracking, the analytics, the chrome extension.. everything. Get it now!

This feature has saved me tons of time and I plan on expanding its use to other people in our firm who use the Gmail client. I had some difficulty getting the Chrome extension to work initially, but the Tout people jumped right on the issue and got it resolved for me right away. Highly recommended.

Tout is awesome - it makes e-mailing people so easy because I have templates set up for all of my business e-mails, which populate in seconds!

Simply put, my emailing can be divided in BEFORE Tout, and AFTER Tout. Really good stuff, give it a try if you haven't already!

This is great when I have the right template for a site. Just click, edit, send.
