Beautiful search extension that doesn't collect any kind of information. 5 stars.

edit: demora muito apertar enter ou mover o mouse e clicar no ícone de pesquisa, deveria dar para clicar no ícone do mecanismo de busca e nos balões de texto (web/image/map) para pesquisar o que tá na barra de pesquisa da extensão e caso não tenha algo, pesquisar com o que tem na barra de pesquisa da página atual e caso também esteja vazio, abrir o mecanismo de busca vazio. ao levar a pesquisa atual para outro mecanismo, não criar uma nova aba. incrível, igual search all: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/kpdkbemdpepjjppbfgeapjienologapa?authuser=0 só que seach all consegue transitar mais rápido entre os mecanismos e levando a pesquisa de um pro outro, sem criar um monte de abas. esse é mais clean e tem uma organização muito melhor.

I like the simple powerful configuration. Love being able to consolidate and categorise all my search engines under one icon.

Clean interface, but does this extension allow you to type a word and simultaneously search a custom list of websites? That's how Multi-Search was before it stopped working. This extension seems to only let you pick one site tab from your group of search engines, but no way to search all. Am I missing something? É fácil de adicionar novos motores de busca personalizados (menos o Startpage, q dá problema com esse tipo de extensão), tem como importar e exportar, mas infelizmente só permite buscar em 1 provedor de busca por vez. Seria ideal se pudesse selecionar vários motores de busca e abrir as janelas de busca num único clique. Seria bom também se pudesse desativar (e reativar depois se quizesse) algumas opções de busca (só é possível deletar). Mas das opções que encontrei na loja essa foi a melhor até agora.

Hey! i wonder if creator still work on that extension (or at least maybe he consider a challange here.. ;) ) Soooo ... Im so frustrated with all those extensions.. cannot find one that i was sure exists in multiple instances.. Floatable configurable buttons / floatable configurable text fields with search engine customisation.. Now im mixing 2 extensions to achieve partially what i want, its extremly frustrating.. --- ! ---- So i have to questions. 1) is it possible to make search popup floatable or at lest configurable in position vs browser window? like - center it? 2) is it possible to create multiple floating text fields, constant, each of them for separate search engine? I`m speaking in name of ultrawidescreen, ultrabig display users, users that also are not so young anymore and use low dpi in mouse settings :) (My naga trinity - 20k dpi - is set to 0,8k dpi ;) )

Good extension, can be better if it can synchronize with the other pc.

Good addon :) Missing option: Open results in background tab. Could be replacement for Ctrl+T new tab if URLs would be recognized :)

Awesome I was worried that I'd have to write a bookmaklet to do similar. I like Opera's right click search engine option and I've created many shortcuts for these SEs but this is a nice since it allows me the freedom to start from scratch even the "bloat" items that Opera doesn't allow you to delete.

Best extension ever made, it increased my productivity by a tone. Thanks Aakash. For an improvement suggestion, please look into "selecting" the last search term in the remember last search term feature. Currently I have to delete the last search term manually via backspaces or Crtl&A backspace. Many applications have already started to "select" any text in an input field, to make editing easier. the backside is an extra click to fix spelling errors in the search term.

This is a better tool among the available few other tools with similar functionality, imo. I use it for searching the web in fullscreen mode as the native searchbar is unavailable in fullscreen mode. Thank you so much for your work. These days light and dark modes are periodic phenomena whereby mobile phones as well as PCs of most people are light during the day and wear a dark shade in the night. It is good that this extension supports both light and dark themes. What even be more pleasant is if the extension automatically switches light and dark themes based on system theme. This is a humble request if easy to implement for the dev. Thanks again for this offline search tool. Obliged

Best tool for searching.

Добавьте пожалуйста возможность искать сразу по всем запросам подкатегории. Например, я собрал видео-поиск, и хотел бы чтобы с интервалом были открыты все 5-7 спйтов и этим запросом. Без лишних кликов. А так очень даже.

I think you can make it better. you can add a new item for open results in the setting. we can call this item "same window" or "under the window". I need to see results in the same window but I do not want to loose my current tab. for example when I`m reading an article I see a word and I want to search about it but I do not want to loose my article (by open results in the same tab) and I do not want to open a new tab for that word. If we can see the results of the search in the below of the extension it will be great.

I've been thinking of this extension and trying to find it. Although this is not what i expected when i found it but it's okay since i really need it. I am to lazy to open new tab and then search it since it will loading first or my browser will become lag for a few reason. This make it faster for me to search something. I also like that you can add search url so i can search more advanced (although i can do it on my search bar on top of my browser, but it's cannot be opened on new tab and only on current tab/new window). Btw my expectation extension that similar to this is extension that can search something on the pops up and will appear on the pops up too not on the new tab, if anyone find something like that, please tell me because i wanna try it

For those who love organization like me. However for Dark popup theme I noticed I had an all black favicon with an alpha channel for my site, making it invisible. In most cases people are using light mode and there probably doesn't exist an icon that's all white to make it invisible. Totally understandable but just thought I would add that.

extremely useful extension

Almost perfect. This would be a 5 star extension if sub-searches could be assigned keyboard shortcuts. It's great to have all search options in one place, but currently you still need to tab around a little bit. Otherwise, fantastic!

Clean and simple. It's the little things, like not having to click inside the search box in order to start typing and having the search results open in a new tab, that I like so well. I deleted every search engine except google in the settings to have the cleanest and simplest setup possible. Nice job!!

Amazing extension! one of my favorite.

1) I want a keyboard shortcut. There are shortcuts after entering this searcher (Tab, Alt), but there isn't a shortcut for opening this extension at the first step. 2) I want to see all the results at once like the Korean mobile application named "굿모닝 영어사전" in the Play Store. Please make this kind of extension too.

The extension doesn't work as expected.. If I try to made a search from duckduckgo, the extension redirects me on Google search.

to the creators: kudos for coming up with something different. definitely wonderful potentially powerful functionality here but there is are two critical fx'n/s missing 1. you should be able to highlight text on a page and then when you click the extension icon the search phrase should be there already. you shouldn't have to cut/paste. 2. it defaults to google word search - should be "sticky" in that it remembers your last search config that was diff frm default. you implement these suggestions and your search becomes rocket science. capice?

This is good, you should make an option to search multiple sites at once, for example google, bing, yahoo, yandex with one click.

Good for multisearch, but no function to import/export user's settings. I can't use my custome_settings on another computer via chrome sync...

It's a wonderful extension! You can do searches simply and fastly. It can to have a option in context menu.

Your extension is great, the best search extension that I have tried, and I have tried à lot. But it would be better if I could synchronize the extension on all my devices because I have personnalized and added a lot of search tools. Could you store the data on the google chrome cloud instead of local storage ? Best regards

Fantastic extension! It's exactly what I was looking for.

Compared to other applications or extensions this one triumphs over them all. I have yet to detect any spyware or malware that other extensions have. You can easily search for a lot of stuff with a whole bunch of search engines. The feature that I find most useful is being able to add more search engines to the list of engines when you go to the menu. Works great with Fasterfox since it allows you to search for things when you highlight them and this helps you get them. Definite recommendation for the average user.LONG LIVE GOOGLE! (and teh extensions that make it more awesome, even if they use different engines)
