As of Feb 27 2025, This doesn't not work for me. I saw the comment in Marcelo Hernandez and I did as the developer suggested. It doesn't work still. If I can get a solution to this problem. I will change the review accordingly. It's worth noting that the Icon is greyed out in my extension bar Thanks

brother. i have never ever wrote a review in chrome webstore but this was truly too good just pass on. I saw this on reddit. It was posted by the OP and usually i dont even try most of the things i see there but wow. fantastic extension. the only thing i wish was there is to save as .wav or .mp3 but still its perfect.

Incredible add-on. This is going to be used in my toolbox for everyday. Do you need to review those meeting minutes or project brief in the morning? Now you can have them read to you while you take in that morning coffee. Want to read a news article but also gotta do errand, you can now do both at once! This is one of those rare tools that is created and given to the online community when other companies usually charge. Uploaded multiple PDFs and it worked like a charm!

Usually don't give reviews but had to after seeing the one star review. I was one of the first users for this extension and my account is still intact with no issues. The extension works perfectly fine.

"He has NOT made any efforts to reach out to the team to back up his claims." I'm retired and I don't have a product, competitive or otherwise. We've had extensive back in forth on reddit and privately. The developer is trying to gaslight any potential users into thinking my review is biased. I think this may speak to their trustworthiness. I've never claimed this extension violates OpenAI policy, only that it might. OpenAI is the one who determines that. The developer refuses to contact OpenAI to get confirmation that using his product won't result in users getting banned from ChatGPT. As you can see in his response, he is salty that I dare give his product a one star review and give a warning that should exist in his product. A single review warning about a potentially dangerous product is hardly "destroying someone else's hard work". Developer: Treat your users with more care, honesty, and respect. You've spent longer arguing with me than the couple minutes it would take to contact OpenAI. Be more responsible. Asking users to test with a new account is dangerous, since it may give them a false sense of security, and proves nothing. Just because something bad may have no obvious negative effect today, it doesn't mean it can't have an effect later. A new account on the same computer would offer little protection for most users if OpenAI decides they are abusing their service. An app being in an app store is not an endorsement.
