I've been using this extension for a few years now as I manage multiple accounts on LinkedIn for busy people. I used it very much and here is what I can tell you: - customer service offers support and they do reply but sometimes there isn't much that they can do - the price is high for what it does - it saves you some time but still not too much as most functions are not ok to be used honestly. You still have to check each account to make sure you aim for quality, not quantity - it helps saving time when you send messages but I still check and add them one by one in campaigns. If you mostly want to use if for messages then yes, you can pay for this but otherwise I honestly do not think it is work the money. Sorry guys! Edit: would help if we would be able to change the order of the attachments in a message. I added 3-5 and I want them in a certain order in a message but it doesn't matter as it sends them as they want. Edit2: it is a bit frustrating that I have to delete and re-install quite often
Keeps dropping out with 'spinning wheels'. Twice in last 6 weeks I have been unable to use it, then one day it starts working again. Really frustrating and no response from customer service.

Le service fonctionne bien et les fonctionnalités sont utiles, mais j’ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec la gestion de l’abonnement. Malgré deux annulations, mon compte a été réactivé et facturé sans mon accord. J’ai dû échanger de nombreux mails, insister à plusieurs reprises et même publier un avis négatif pour obtenir un remboursement alors que le problème venait clairement d’un bug technique. Je remercie le support d’avoir fini par reconnaître la situation et rembourser, mais c’est dommage d’en arriver là. Un service correct, mais un processus de résolution des litiges qui pourrait être bien plus humain et fluide.

After using it, my LinkedIn account was Locked. I am still unable to unlock the account. Once it unlocked, I logged in to the account again. Within a few minutes, it again locked due to its bot-generated activity within the LinkedIn account.
