Easy to use tool. I get the email I need about 90% of the time, which is pretty great. Highly recommended.

Chrome extension isn't functional & new glitches routinely pop up that make it unusable. Support isn't helpful beyond internal tickets being created that seem to get lost in the mix. By & large slows down our sales process, not enhances. It's also painfully obvious how many of the 5-star reviews are individuals who are associated or work with Reply. Not a great look when the CEO replies to the comment right above the 5-star review he left for his own app.

The chrome extension has never worked for me. Support was poor. Took a long time to respond and admit there was an issue. No real tech support to to a zoom call and remote to my pc. Wasted hours going through their recommendations.

I this actually free? If not what's the cost? I really don't like this click-bait usage of Free while refusing to say upfront what the costs are.

The email finder is not working at all for Indian coporate IDs. Waited for more than 15 mins for one ID and it just keeps loading. Also tried for multiple other ids. :(

It's not a good tool, I have switched to email finder by soujiyi that to get customers for free.
