Description

Retrace Extension is more than just a bookmark Manager. It offers the ability to save, store, organize, and manage specific pieces of online content including text, images, website pages, and YouTube videos. Each piece of content you save becomes a "Trace", which can be assigned to different groups, starred, archived, appended with additional notes, and searched easily within the Retrace dashboard. When a Trace is re-clicked in the dashboard, Retrace sends you directly back to the website or video and auto-scrolls to bring you precisely back to where you left off.

Stash Images Right click any image on a webpage to save the image to the Retrace dashboard. Simply click on the image in the dashboard to reopen the page and automatically scroll back to the image position.

Bookmark Websites Right click on the background of a webpage to save that page like a traditional bookmark to the Retrace dashboard. Click on the trace to bring you back to the top of that webpage.

Save YouTube Videos Save your favorite YouTube Videos at specific timepoints to easily revisit specific parts of a video at a later date. Retrace integrates a built-in save button in the YouTube player to make saving your Trace a breeze.

Store Selected Text Highlight any text on a webpage and right click to save the text to the Retrace dashboard. Click on the text in Retrace to reopen the page and scroll to the text position to pick up where you left off.

Organize Your Content Once Traces are saved, they can be appended with group tags, starred, and archived. The Retrace viewer can also be easily filtered and sorted by media type, group tags, and specific attributes of the saved content to make retrieving your saved content a simple process.

Unlock Additional Features with the Extended or Premium Plan Import and Export Traces to share with other Retrace Users, export traces to .txt file for easy readability for research, and unlock unlimited trace and group tag saves with a one-time license purchase.

Who is Retrace For? Researchers, writers, online shoppers, students, bloggers, marketing professionals, and anyone else who uses the internet... If you've ever been searching through your history or going through page after page of a site trying to find that one piece of information that you previously encountered, then Retrace is for you.
