It's a fine extension that definitely delivers. It would be nice if it borrowed some UI features from Enhancer for YouTube and make controls available from the bottom menu bar. In particular I would like to be able to control video playback by using the mouse scroll wheel

doesnt work

Given how little users this add-on has, I wasn't expecting much. But, given the fact that it works flawlessly, I'd have to give a solid recommendation. It can be confusing when it's enabled or not because when your first instinct is to "click" on the circle to get to settings, that disables the features. But, outside of that minor confusion, it works well! I use this in tandem with another extension that speeds up HTML5 videos, and it allows me to watch my favorite series and 2x speed, with the lovely skip features of this extension. 10/10 Would recommend.
