the prompt for video is still not working it says "Stopped due to initialization error."

I dont know why when i setup for automation. the automation take a same single pic 5times. if there is 10 pics they make it (5*10=50 pics) Why man? then after taking all the images for 5times it genarate 5video with 5 same images.
