It is extremely frustrating! This is the second year of my subscription. Persistent issues with the sales data it captures and the linked stores have been present since the very beginning. Currently, it keeps prompting me to link the store, even though I linked it right at the start. Today, I've encountered the problem of being unable to log in for the second time. Ridiculously, I seem to be caught in a vicious cycle: "Incorrect password. Please reset your password." - Okay, I reset the password. - "Incorrect password. Please reset your password."... Oh my goodness! How can I continue to use this service?

Before I found it, product research was a massive headache. I'd spend hours manually scrolling through Amazon pages, trying to guess if a product was even worth selling. Now, with the extension, all that guesswork is gone. As soon as I search for a product, it gives me all the important info I need right there on the screen. It's awesome because I can see a product's potential at a glance, making my research way faster and a lot less frustrating.

I using this for this more than 4 months now but it very difficult to use no more accurate data even there is option to find a supplier on ali baba but they complete change now
The dashboard has not worked for us for months now. It should actually show the performance at article and account level. This worked well in the beginning, but for the last 3 months it has suddenly stopped working. Completely incorrect figures and incorrect data are displayed. We have contacted support several times, but unfortunately they are no help at all. We have had to send in the same sales report 3 times by e-mail, but nothing has ever changed. The support team simply doesn't care. There is also no ticket system. It feels like you have to explain your problem again every time. I can only advise anyone not to get this program. It is far too expensive for that.
ASINS doesn't give corrent product information on amazon page, and hows a completely different product. 5th month buying it, still couldn't find a single product for sale. Such as waste of money.
it's make amazon sooooo slow and doesn't work smoth;y with search, i can't search on amazon with this extention working
price too high fam, not sure if you made this for users or your families. make it cheap for people to afford.
So far I'm not impressed. I'm not getting any kind of data as so sales volume or how many units sold. This has been like this for well over a month and JS does not seem to be doing much about it. I see from a previous review that this is a common problem. JS if you want me to stay a customer then get this problem fixed and fast!
