Every generated Offshore White Book includes four universal 30 CFR parts required across all OCS operation types: Part 250 Subpart A (General Provisions), Part 250 Subpart B (Bonds and Insurance), Part 254 (Oil-Discharge Financial Responsibility), and Part 290 (BSEE Appeal Procedures).
