The installation process is incredibly stupid and poorly designed. You’re forced to install one component, then another, then a third one — and in the end, it’s still completely unclear how to properly install or use the extension. I initially considered buying it for $200, but after seeing this mess of an installation process, I changed my mind. This kind of installation experience immediately kills any trust in the product.

Been uing for 3 years cool team and product , yes you need to ign up but TOTALLY worth it I wish thye could update with features more often

Trying to do a scrolling capture of a Whatsapp conversation in Chrome but as soon as I select the scrolling capture t scrolls through the list of chats on the left and not the open chat

Please help. Whenever I do a scroll screenshot, it captures it beautifully but on the next screen, the save feature doesn't work. When I click save, it does the busy animation for a few minutes, then opens a blank browser tab, and that's it. There is no images saved.

Redirects you to the page and then Asks for Login, Than Just PDF Download Straight away. Horrible.

I wanted a scrolling screenshot tool that is completely local/offline. While online features might be nice for some, I'm more concerned about privacy. When I saw my screenshot links are by default public, I almost uninstalled the tool until I saw people would have to have the link to see it when hovering over "Public". Either way, I wouldn't want them to be posted anywhere and there should be very clear warnings BEFORE using the tool that my screenshots are public. It's really unfortunate because this is one of the few scrolling screenshot tools that does this feature justice.
