Great free features - If you do a lot of mark up annotation tasks, worth the paid version to have a place to store simple markups and screenshots without using system storage on PC. Modern UI is also nice - most paid tools have pretty awful defaults. Well done to this dev team.

The scrollshot works well, as does the selective tool to capture areas of the screen however currently the simple screenshot tab tool is very inconsistent and gets stuck at every 2-3 captures. It freezes, leaving me unable to capture any further pages. The only way round it appears to be a lengthy process of removing the extension and reinstalling it. Otherwise its a useful add on to Chrome!

Good concept, but I have issues exporting to pdf. It says "this may take a minute", but in reality it takes like 5 minutes and then like 70% of the time it fails and gives me an error. I have to attempt "export to pdf" multiple times just to get it to download a file. It's very time consuming when you want to take lots of scrolling screenshots, for example for course notes. It's especially annoying because I paid for it to be able to take scrolling screenshots. If the bugs were fixed then it would work great.
