I’ve been using Otter.ai for a while now and it just keeps getting better! The transcription is amazingly accurate, I'd say 99% accurate. Now I can choose one of the meeting templates, the smart summaries pull out all the key points, and custom insights automatically and syncs to the CRM automatically. The built‑in AI Chat scans all my transcripts and gives instant answers. And when I’m out and about, the Otter mobile app lets me record and transcribe in‑person meetings on the fly—no laptop required. Seriously, Otter.ai makes capturing, organizing, and sharing every conversation a breeze. Highly recommend!

Scammers! Disrespect for their users! Before taking people's money ask if they plan to use your service!!! You can send thousand emails and none to remind the user that his free trial is about to expire. This is the worst treatment a customer can get! Awful experience!

Péssimo. Só tem em inglês e não se dá ao trabalho de identificar o idioma em que o meet acontece. Como não tenta identificar o idioma, tenta contextualizar a comunicação em inglês e gera um resumo completamente incorreto.

Doesn't work with Chrome. Nothing happens when meeting link is clicked or afterwards. No option to initiate transcription. As a result, I've used ActionPoint.ai for real-time transcription/translation.

Documentation is garbage. Product does not work.
