Total Webshield blocked another antivirus from my computer because it was not protecting me
they have absolutely terrible customer service. the contact number on line has nothing to do with them.

Very dissatisfied. Webshield keeps switching off from my mobile. When I attempt to switch it on, I am asked to renew for 7days and thereafter I would be charged £7.99/week!!!!!! Requesting and getting help is practically like going through a labyrinth. Not so difficult to charge me on a regular basis though!
