I have tried quite a few different anti-Virus app's, and they seemed OK but they didn't seem to be as thorough as TOTAL AV, i like this because it really had a few more extension's than the other one's, my only whinge is I thought that a VPN would have been included, But sadly it's NOT, other than that, So far, So Good, Keep it up . for some reason I have been getting charged EVERY MONTH TWICE for TOTAL ADBLOCK, BUT I have NEVER downloaded it & I have NEVER used my Banking Details either, so can someone please STOP DOING IT ? Because I am In The British ARMY & it's annoying me BIG TIME having to talk to my BANK & STOP IT, that is also a reason for my purchase, YOU HAVE MY DETAIL'S, SO get your Finger OUT & Contact ME ! ASAP.
doesn't help with actual viruses, I have 5 bouncing around in this Intel bc there no Chrome compatible (free) Antivirus, antitracker is fine though, over a thousand on YouTube in a few hours

A huge scam. The adblock and webshield extensions come with the Total AV Pro subscription, but they have not worked for me at all. The extensions keep telling me that I need to renew my subscription for it to work, even though I have an active one. You can uninstall and install the subscription a million times, the issue remains. Doesn't do anything to help the issue, but it's still the only help technical support will suggest :) Speaking of technical support, it's a joke. It's not technical support, it's "beat around the bush until this person gives up" support. I mean seriously? At least be a bit more subtle in your tactics, telling me you'll send me a help email only after the chat ends? Weird behavior. Oh but wait, you want to call their number for support? Sure! Call them and select the technical support category, they hang up on you. Call them and select the billing inquiry category, they hang up on you. Call them and select the cancellation category, they hang up on you. Call them and select the subscription renewal category.... THEY PICK UP THE PHONE. I'd laugh if I wasn't so pissed off. Even when they pick up the phone they're no help. My "help" agent literally told me, "Ma'am I understand you want a refund because of the technical issues and I see the screenshots that prove it, but it's only $19.99. Let me explain something to you....blah blah blah." Almost started pulling my hair out on the other line. But you know what I didn't do? Yell at the agent. I mean she's just a woman trying to do her job. You know what the only thing I wanted to do was? Yell at the goddamn agent. Thank god for restraint. Anyway, I'm done angry typing now lol. Don't waste your time and energy on this, I wish I didn't. Hope everyone involved stubs their toe really hard and gets investigated for fraud :)
