I tested many visuel feedback tools and this one is very easy to use and powerful. I might suggest 2 small improvements: - that would be great if we could select default assignee, the same way we can select default status for tickets - the design might be a little bit improved (in particular the popup). Anyway for a free tool this is really great, thanks or the work Matt.
