A lot of extensions on the Chrome Web Store run into the same problems - this one included. It fails to generate transcripts and only gives back empty text. The UI doesn’t help either, it looks out of place next to YouTube’s layout. Personally, I’d stick with DeepSum or Eightify summarizers instead.

Overall not bad, but I found a replacement for myself that has more features and costs less - Clarify AI

This is a great extension, I eventually switched to TinaMind, which does the same functions even better.

amazing helps in while i try to understand the topics in video for studies it makes transscript which can be converted into later study notes.
