Pra quem quiser cancelar entrem na plataforma que faz o intermédio do pagamento deles, chama lemonsqueezy, pelo link https://app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders/, ai coloquem o mesmo email de cadastro do tokaudit e chega um email com um link de login, e aí por lá é possível cancelar. Reembolso já ficaria bem dificil, já que não é uma empresa brasileira

This website is the worst scam I've ever seen. Save yourself the frustration and stay away—this platform simply doesn’t work. Even worse, they make it nearly impossible to cancel your membership. Despite our repeated attempts to cancel, including contacting multiple support representatives, Tokaudit continues to charge us month after month. It’s reached the point where we had to involve our credit card company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company’s shady practices are deeply concerning, and I urge others to avoid them entirely.

DO NOT BUY THIS EXTENSION I paid for the Lifetime version. It doesn't work. I've emailed several times - no one gets back to you. The Help and Support page on their website returns a Page Not Found error. Their website says it has a chat function to help if your issue persists - there is no chat function. There is no help, no support. You cannot speak to anyone at all, ever. The product doesn't work even after you refresh the page and update the extension. These people are only interested in taking your money. I want my money back!!!!

Very useful software that worked perfectly for several weeks. Unfortunately it has stopped working, I have sent multiple emails to support which have have been totally ignored.

I second Denver Vo's review it seems this people are only focus on taking your money and not customer service.. after you purchase the platform won't work then you try to reach someone and no one answers.. Calling my BBB and my credit card company to report..
