Impossível usar. Impossível obter suporte. Simplesmente horrível. Não tem suporte. Fiz a compra, veio como compra triplicada na fatura, não objetive acesso. Não teve como cancelar.
No começo era muito bom, mas de repente começou falhar. Já baixei todas as extensões e só funciona quando quer. Infelizmente porque estava me ajudando muito em meus trabalhos de transcrição.

I wish there was a -1 star option available!!!!!! Absolute garbage! Click bating users, no account details, no option to delete your account! Either you pay what they ask for or you get nothing at all! They basically check for subtitles (even auto-generated), pull those form youtube! And that is what the user pays for!!!
I used them last year, they were fine but now they are charging me without giving access to the membership benefits.... and they are charging me twice each month thus make your own conclusion.
