    not working as others have said. it simply says "Clarity Live failed to launch" I'm using Brave if that makes a difference and yes I've deactivated Brave shields for both my website and clarity's

    Works well. If you have the "You don't have permission to view Clarity data for this page", DISABLE ADBLOCKER(S) or anything else that may block "ads"/3rd party tools!

    SOLVED "You don't have permission to view Clarity data for this page" If you have this problem, just make sure to disable all your VPN and adblock extensions... By disabling i mean in the chrome settings, switch them off totally, "Do not read the data on this website" is not enough. Good luck!
