this extension keeps on crashing my computer do not download

After the pandemic ended and we went back to in person teaching, I was not using it very much because my other team members did not have subscriptions and the school wasn't paying for one. Since I was paying out of pocket, I decided to cancel my subscription. 3 months later and multiple requests for cancellation sent to their support email, I have never received a response back and they continue to renew the subscription and bill me. You cannot just delete your account, you have to email them and request to have your subscription cancelled. Do not do business with this company. I liked the product but their business practices are unethical. Also, my paid InsertLearning account is not this account. My school account apparently blocks the ability to review extensions.

There is a terriable bug.When you edit an annotation/question/discuss on a webpage.when you go to an other webpage,the same annotation/question/discuss will come out when you wanna edit.But when you go to the webpage you have already edit an annotation/question/discuss,it just won;t come out automaticly.

Nice features but REQUIRES Microsoft or Google account to register. This is not okay. Individual, personal email accounts as a valid registration method is needed. Too bad, nice features ...
