A great way of tracking participation and driving inclusivity in team meetings!

Useful tool!

This is a great utility for making sure my female colleagues are getting their fair share of speaking time! Super important in this day and age.

What a great tool, I use it in my work meetings and for my book club! It's really interesting and useful to see who speaks up most during meetings and whose voice is not being heard. At work especially, it is a great way to make sure that the quieter people on the team don't have their opinion go unheard. This app makes it a lot easier to notice that they aren't voicing their ideas and ask them what they think!

Great idea to adjust perceptions of talking time!

I initially started using this extension as a way to make sure I was speaking enough during meetings, but I started noticing trends on my team as well. Certain people tend to dominate the conversation (without realizing they are doing so) and others tend to stay quiet. This has been great data to use to be more proactive about making my meetings more equitable.
