Ele grava, mas o vídeo não fica salvo na página online, caso vc queira só compartilhar o link. A barra de ferramentas é muito limitada e se vc ocultar, já era, não da para parar o vídeo, só fechando a aba do navegador. Essa versão online não me agradou, tem coisa muito melhor e de graça como o Loom.
