I had high expectations, but all this does is reading text in different website of some video - no dual subtitles and interactive features like LR etc, both outdated and lack good user experience

It doesn't work please fix it

The LingQ App is a great App/site, but the support and the extension always has been problematic. I've had issues in some importations of YouTube videos and also, sometimes the transcripts miss some chunks. They really need to change the developers or increase the number of employees, because they are to late in fixing bugs.

From couple of days ago is not working, I was in a huge streak of learning and it has been cut due to this issue, this is not acceptable paying a premium subscription.

Can you make it work with HBO Max? They have a lot of languages options in their captions.

Import doesn't work. It creates a lesson in LingQ, but it never imports complete subtitles. Sometimes it imports a few pages, sometimes only a few words.

Entiendo su necesidad de obtener ingresos, no obstante, considero sumamente limitadas las funciones que ofrece el programa en tanto que no se cuenta con usuario premium. Si bien existe la posibilidad de pagar por un mejor servicio, he de expresar mi malestar, pues aquellos individuos que no cuentan con la solvencia de extender sus posibilidades en el programa, se ven cohibidos frente a un esquema que no ofrece tan si quiera un mínimo de calidad.

Sometimes it works, most times it doesn't. They should really support it better, the whole idea of LingQ revolves around importing content we like into it and yet the mess this up so much.
