I have a way to solve all Manifest V3 extension problems. If you have IDM, you can enable "Extend the availability of Manifest 2 Chrome extensions" in IDM's options. This seems to force Chrome to allow the use of Manifest V2 via Group Policy. You can search the principle online and enable it by yourself. If you don't know how, you can download IDM, which is a very useful downloader.
Amazing. Please, update it to the new chrome, v3 or what its called. Lhrome is threatening to deactivate for no reason. All the other similar extension sucks so much! I dont want to lose you...

前まで役に立ってましたが、先ほど間違えて閉じてしまった時に何のポップアップも出なくなっており、数十のタブが全部閉じられてしまいました。 ここからアクセスできるタブの履歴も以前までは残っていたのですが（うっかりポップアップ無視して消してしまっても履歴から1つずつ開くことが可能だった）、何故か今は10個までしか遡れず、それ以上閉じてしまった分はChromeの普通の履歴の方にすら出てきません。 少なくとも新しく入れるべき拡張機能ではないと思います。別のにします…
