This extension is basically an alternative to bookmarked popular Search engines like: Google, Bing, Duckduckgo, Yahoo, Wikipedia, YouTube, Twitter/X, WonframAlpha, You.com, etc.. But: 1) No option to search for a selected text/phrase. 2) Have to retype a same search term for every search no option to click and search for the same search term.

É fácil adicionar motores de busca personalizados (menos o startpage, que está dando erro), tem como importar e exportar as configurações (backup). Mas infelizmente só permite buscar em 1 provedor de busca por vez, ou seja, tenho que ficar voltando à extensão pra pesquisar um mesmo termo em vários motores de busca. Troquei pela extensão Big Search que faz multi buscas de forma rápida e descomplicada.

edit: demora muito apertar enter ou mover o mouse e clicar no ícone de pesquisa, deveria dar para clicar no ícone do mecanismo de busca e nos balões de texto (web/image/map) para pesquisar o que tá na barra de pesquisa da extensão e caso não tenha algo, pesquisar com o que tem na barra de pesquisa da página atual e caso também esteja vazio, abrir o mecanismo de busca vazio. ao levar a pesquisa atual para outro mecanismo, não criar uma nova aba. incrível, igual search all: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/kpdkbemdpepjjppbfgeapjienologapa?authuser=0 só que seach all consegue transitar mais rápido entre os mecanismos e levando a pesquisa de um pro outro, sem criar um monte de abas. esse é mais clean e tem uma organização muito melhor.

Clean interface, but does this extension allow you to type a word and simultaneously search a custom list of websites? That's how Multi-Search was before it stopped working. This extension seems to only let you pick one site tab from your group of search engines, but no way to search all. Am I missing something? É fácil de adicionar novos motores de busca personalizados (menos o Startpage, q dá problema com esse tipo de extensão), tem como importar e exportar, mas infelizmente só permite buscar em 1 provedor de busca por vez. Seria ideal se pudesse selecionar vários motores de busca e abrir as janelas de busca num único clique. Seria bom também se pudesse desativar (e reativar depois se quizesse) algumas opções de busca (só é possível deletar). Mas das opções que encontrei na loja essa foi a melhor até agora.

Hey! i wonder if creator still work on that extension (or at least maybe he consider a challange here.. ;) ) Soooo ... Im so frustrated with all those extensions.. cannot find one that i was sure exists in multiple instances.. Floatable configurable buttons / floatable configurable text fields with search engine customisation.. Now im mixing 2 extensions to achieve partially what i want, its extremly frustrating.. --- ! ---- So i have to questions. 1) is it possible to make search popup floatable or at lest configurable in position vs browser window? like - center it? 2) is it possible to create multiple floating text fields, constant, each of them for separate search engine? I`m speaking in name of ultrawidescreen, ultrabig display users, users that also are not so young anymore and use low dpi in mouse settings :) (My naga trinity - 20k dpi - is set to 0,8k dpi ;) )

Good extension, can be better if it can synchronize with the other pc.

Good addon :) Missing option: Open results in background tab. Could be replacement for Ctrl+T new tab if URLs would be recognized :)

Awesome I was worried that I'd have to write a bookmaklet to do similar. I like Opera's right click search engine option and I've created many shortcuts for these SEs but this is a nice since it allows me the freedom to start from scratch even the "bloat" items that Opera doesn't allow you to delete.
