Paid for a month, and had a problem downloading (I thought), so emailed support, but then I noticed Chrome (Mac) had downloaded the entire CSV. Evidently it just had to grind for a while. Thanks👍. FYI it was just a few pages of a group chat I had to summarize, and it came out to 465 rows of CSV (row per post).

So far the excel/csv export is working well. I was able to get the HTML export to work once (before I upgraded to the paid version) but it no longer works. So far I have tried just exporting a single day - but that also does not work Edited to add: The HTML now export works. We have been using this (paid version) for several months and are pleased.

Useless. Does not work, and even if it did you are limited to 100 messages a day unless you pay a sub fee.
