Absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this tool. Transferred all of my subscriptions so that I could save hours resubscribing manually. Definitely not willing to pay the Google Gargoyles more money than necessary. So instead, I'll buy the developer a coffee and send their genius team of gurus all the LOVE today.

Previously used a few subs transfer apps before, but this one takes the cake.
Essential tool for switching to a new youtube account. Works perfectly. But remember this: when "collecting" all your subscriptions, be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page or you'll only get the first batch. That is, if you have over dozens and dozens - it depends on your scroll page buffer size. Anyway, just scroll to the bottom of the page before hitting collect. Enjoy!
