The extension does not block youtube shorts. It is a useless extension that does nothing. I turned on the extension and clicked "hide shorts", but nothing happened. I reloaded the tab multiple times without any changes.

it's realy work

This removes the shorts menu on the left navigation area and nothing more. It doesn't actually remove shorts from your main browser window. If the Dev responds to this telling me that I have to pin the extension and press "hide shorts". Don't worry; I tried it; it didn't work.
