This VPN doesn't work. What a dissappointment.

In the beginning it worked perfectly now it doesn't work at all, I try and connect and it takes forever to load, once it loads I hit connect then it takes another few minutes to load and doesn't end up connecting once done

What have you done with your app?? Your app window won't open until some website is open! Why do you need VPN if you can't turn it on until the page is opened??

Extension window doesn't open at all now. I click on icon and there is no reaction (I use Chrome and Brave browsers)
