My journey with Salesforza began when I encountered technical issues with their system. Firstly, the system malfunctioned, automatically switching to my other Gmail account without any warning or permission. Frustrated, I attempted to log out to rectify the situation, only to find that I was unable to log back in. Naturally, I reached out to their customer service for assistance. To my dismay, the response from their customer service team was utterly appalling. Not only did they fail to address my technical issues adequately, but they also had the audacity to claim that I didn't even have a subscription with them. Imagine my surprise when they offered to reinstate my subscription in exchange for submitting a positive review! It's as if they're trying to bribe customers for positive feedback rather than providing genuine support. Adding insult to injury, when I requested a refund for the abysmal service I received, I was promptly denied. According to Salesforza, refunds are apparently out of the question, regardless of the quality of service provided. Furthermore, their excuse for not being able to reactivate my account due to the development team working on new features is simply unacceptable. Shouldn't ensuring existing customers have access to their accounts take precedence over rolling out new features? In conclusion, my experience with Salesforza has been nothing short of a scam. Their incompetence, lack of accountability, and disregard for customer satisfaction are appalling. I implore anyone considering using Salesforza to steer clear and avoid falling victim to their deceitful practices. Save yourself the headache and choose a reputable company with integrity instead.

I was using Gmail manually inserting E-mail addresses and personalizing Mail messages, because I needed high deliverability. My problem is solved now. Salesforza is a great tool, which saves me hours of manual work. And according to their roadmap, link monitoring is considered as the next upgrade, so it will have a full funcionality as any other email marketing tool, but with much higher deliverability.
