back 2 the good old day
For several months before 2026 and now, this Chrome extension v 3.4.7 and the Save Page Now feature no longer work.
Extremely useless literally everything that i want to use the wayback machine for produces no results...
It works sometimes. Other times it doesn't work. Not really sure what causes it to fail.

Doesn't automatically load the archive page on a 404 like it used to.
Be careful. Sometimes it says archived successfully in the widget, but after my verification it did not completed the task at all.
Very useful. Few years ago I visited a site while this extension was on. Today I tried visiting via bookmarks it and it didn't exist. Thankfully I got a notification that it's been archived.
Does its best to archive websites. In some cases webpage data might be too complex to copy correctly (e.g., Notion sites).
Its really cool that it exists.
