Local processing keeps privacy safe, scheduled sync saves effort, and optional Sources/Related settings add flexibility—highly recommended.
As a novelist, I used to let my whispers with the machine scatter across countless threads—clues tucked like grass-snake lines into a case file. Perplexity to Notion changed that: with a single click, every spark, question, and answer is filed into my “second brain,” the way an editor gathers drafts or a librarian opens a private vault. Bulk export, scheduled sync, Spaces support; all rendered in clean Markdown for revision, backup, and remix. Most importantly, the data stays local—like keeping the key in my own pocket. For a fiction writer, this isn’t just a tool; it’s a cable car hauling ideas out of the fog and onto the shelf.
Super cool extension! Export all my Perplexity AI Spaces threads to my Notion database in one go.
Cool tools. They are easy to use for saving my Spaces threads to my Notion, so I can reuse them anytime.
As a consulting professional focused on knowledge management, this “Perplexity to Notion – Batch Export” extension removes the friction in archiving AI conversations. One-click bulk export/sync of Perplexity and Spaces to Notion or clean Markdown, configurable inclusion of Sources/Related Questions for enterprise dedup and compliance, and local processing for privacy. It consistently turns scattered chats into searchable assets—an essential backup-and-sync foundation for teams and power users.
Super great tool! It can export all my Perplexity AI chats to my Notion workspace, so I can manage them by myself again.
This extension is incredibly easy to use. It lets me export my PerplexityAI search conversations to Notion with just one click—simple, efficient, and a great boost to my workflow. Huge thanks to the developer!
The extension saves the content in a non-searchable way in Notion. When I tried to search for a specific block using the workspace search function, nothing was found. When I make an export as Markdown from Perplexity and import it into Notion as a page and then move this page to a specific database where I store all chat sessions, it does find what I'm looking for. Hope the developer can give a different perspective on my experience. As it seems now, this is caused by the extension trying to preserve the structure of Perplexity conversations (which I like) and uses a format for this that is not properly indexed by Notion.
I couldn't register the Chrome extension for Gemini, but this one had a simple setup process. The one thing I can't do yet is change the synchronization target database. It would be great if I could just enter a database name and search for it. The subscription price also appeared correctly from the settings page's link - $3.50 per month. Having various plans like one-time purchases and annual subscriptions is nice.
Developer has been very responsive, I was seeing a hard limit on exports, reported it to them and they were quick in diagnosing the problem (change on Perplexity's end). Works great now!
