very slow with the responses, ai features dont work, chasing them for a refund for weeks still aint got it

Excellent Plugin , I enjoy using it every day for all my emails.

Can't get it to recognize my purchase. I login to my account and it shows my premium subscription, however, the extension never registers that I am a premium member and keeps asking me to train the ai. Caught in an endless loop. Unusable at the moment.

I would like say only one thing It is too much helpful for me and making my work easy.
