The company behind this extension hasn't responded to my support hub post, so on the basis of lack of transparency I'm going to give this extension the thumb down. If you examine its source code, you'll see that it calls an API on the company's website. Fine, if you know what they're doing with your data besides serving up transcripts. But we don't know and Kredor (all caps? Their website's not consistent.) doesn't provide comforting assurances of any kind aside from the usual webstore checkboxes. In recent days, other extensions have proven to be violating user data privacy, so I can only recommend avoiding Speak!! (Weird to put an exclamation point in a product name. Must be big Jeopardy! fans.)

It is not working anymore. Previously it was working but now it is not working. I don't know why it happens.

This thing is more problems than it's worth. The autocorrect and autopredict continues to work, even when you disable it, the cursor placement jumps around before or after punctuation, destrying word structure, and this ultimately slows down your browser. It technically works fine, when it wants to, but it's truly not worth all the extra hassles. 4/10

This is honestly the best speech-to-text extension — automatic corrections, punctuation, smart fixes — I’m amazed it’s free. It works better than Google Keyboard and Microsoft voice input. Kudos to the creators!

In Russian, it is impossible to enter the punctuation mark “full stop”. It is also called “.” It is also called “end of sentence”. Please correct this! Instead of a full stop, there is a strange command “full stop” which does not insert the “.” mark. На русском языке невозможно ввести слово знак пунктуации "точка". Еще его называют "." Еще его называют "конец предложения". Исправьте пожалуйста! Вместо точки странная команда "полная остановка" которая не вставляет знак "."
