The current payment plan they have are all recursive plans which means you will be signing up to pay the same amount every month afterwards. And currently, you won't be able to cancel it via Stripe. The email & phone number they left in the subscription renewal email is not reachable and you can only contact them through a suspicious personal gmail account. After in contact with them, they replied 'We have already informed you when you purchased our product. Our product is a subscription product. When you do not need to use it, you need to cancel the subscription yourself, so we cannot help you with the refund of this order.' There are other plug-ins out there offer the same functionality with more support & hassle-free cancel policy.
